Strategic humanitarian leadership and storytelling consulting
Big Ideas, Real Impact.
I am an executive leader in social impact, philanthropy, and cross-sector partnerships with more than 15 years of experience advancing inclusive economic growth and community-driven change. My work focuses on building bridges between nonprofits, government, philanthropy, and the private sector to design and scale programs that turn complex social challenges into measurable impact. I bring both professional expertise and lived refugee experience to my leadership, grounding strategy in equity, collaboration, and real-world outcomes.
Throughout my career, I have led national initiatives, managed multi-million-dollar programs, and mobilized significant financial and volunteer resources to support immigrant and refugee communities. I have overseen large cross-functional teams, guided organizations through periods of rapid growth and transition, and partnered with senior leaders across sectors to align social impact goals with institutional and economic priorities. My experience includes executive operations, fundraising and grantmaking strategy, coalition building, and field capacity strengthening.
In addition to executive leadership, I serve in advisory and governance roles that shape policy, philanthropy, and community leadership at national and international levels. My background in engineering, finance, and nonprofit leadership informs a systems-oriented and analytical approach to problem-solving, while my public speaking and thought leadership work centers storytelling, representation, and inclusive decision-making.
At the core of my work is a commitment to ensuring that communities — especially those with lived experience of displacement — have meaningful opportunities to lead, contribute, and thrive.
